It’s official! Holt Renfrew will be the home of David Yurman’s newest boutique! The well-loved American jewelry brand will showcase 82 linear feet of product in the luxury wing of the retail store, located at 500 Bloor St. West in Toronto, Ontario.

Designed with an organic feel, the boutique will be offering men’s, women’s and wedding designs, “each deliniated by unique design and architectural elements.” Along with the carefully chosen and beautiful artwork displayed in the boutique, the space includes an original sculpture by David Yurman titled ‘Angel’ and a visual narration of the Yurman’s journey from art to jewelry on a well thought out heritage wall.

Carol Pennelli, the President of David Yurman, describes the inspiration behind the reality of this new store: “We wanted to create a space where clients can immerse themselves in the rich history of the brand and discover pieces that are true expressions of themselves, much like David and Sybil’s art and jewelry designs.” No detail is overlooked when it comes to the production of the boutique and the jewelry, both are truly works of art.

Holt Renfrew is the perfect place for David Yurman’s designs, as both brands have sprouted from rich and interesting beginnings. A sculpter by trade, David and his wife Sybil, a painter and ceramicist, bring their knowledge of art to each and every design – including their artistic signature of cable. On the other end of the spectrum, Holt Renfrew was founded over 180 as a modest hat shop, but caught the eye of Queen Victoria and made its way into luxury fashion once the Hon. Hilary M. Weston aquired it.

While they may not seem like an obvious pair, both have made a name for themselves in high-end fashion and design. With over 350 locations worldwide, the David Yurman brand has reached its goal of making beautiful objects for people to wear. Soon, they will be easily available for those shopping in Toronto, at their brand new Holt Renfrew boutique.
