The Jonas Brothers can take the internet by storm anytime they release something. And so it goes with their music video for “Only Human”.

But, this one’s even more special because it gives us a glimpse of the brothers in a never before seen avatar. They’ve embraced the 80s and are at their retro best.

Originally from the album Happiness Begins, the track had received a lot of positive reviews when it came out in early July. We loved it too and featured the album in our Top 10 Album Covers of 2019.

With the music video directed by Anthony Mandler, the reggae-pop number becomes even cooler. Cool shades, funky attires, old-school telephones, clubs, a vintage NYC cab; everything’s there and poppin’.

Pro-tip: in order to get the full 80s effect watch the video in 240-pixel setting or less.

The Jonas Brothers are touring North America promoting Happiness Begins and will perform in Toronto on 23rd of August. See the entire tour schedule here.
